Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Hot Mess Dress!  If your purchase wasn't a perfect fit, please return your item within 14 days of receiving it for an exchange.

All items must be in their original condition.  We kindly ask that you take precautions when trying on your clothing.  Please avoid makeup, perfume, deodorants and lotions of any kind prior to the fitting.  Remove jewelry that could potentially snag on clothing.  Exchanges will not be excepted if item(s) is dirty, worn or damaged by the customer.  All tags must remain attached.  NO EXCEPTIONS. 

Special orders and clearance purchases are FINAL SALE  and will not be exchangeable.

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.  We suggest USPS for return shipping.  The USPS insures a tracking number for your records.  We are not responsible for items lost or missing while in transit.  

Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks for the processing of exchanges.  You will be promptly notified once your new item ships.
